Relaxing Foot Soak


Late nights, endless dancing, pesky heels… The Christmas season sure does take a toll on our feet. We’ve whipped together this relaxing foot soak that you can quickly throw together during the Christmas break and soak away all the aches and pains from the party period. Epsom salts are incredibly soothing for achy joints, and the dried flowers and lavender relax the mind and body. The jojoba oil ensures you tooties remain in prime condition post-soak as well, moisturising and healing dry skin and heels.


  • 1/2 Cup epsom salts
  • 1 handful dried flowers (rose, lavender)
  • 1 tbsp jojoba oil
  • 2 drops lavender essential oil

Makes one soak

How to:

Mix ingredients together and pour into a foot bath filled with warm water. Relax over a cup of tea until feeling suitably rejuvenated.
